This is the Veggie Flush Smoothie Recipe for the Dr Oz Diet. Enjoy! Get more information on the 28 Day Diet.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 pear with skin, sliced
  • 1 lemon, halved

 

Preparation

1. In a blender, add the spinach and the water. Blend until smooth.

2. Add cucumber and celery, then blend.

3. Add the pear and blend.

4. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the mixture. Divide into two glasses and enjoy.
