I started a fitness walking routine this really works for me now that the warmer weather is here. But I need to increase the intensity of my workouts. Any ideas on how to increase the intensity to burn more calories?
I need to lose about 15 pounds before I go to the beach.

Have you tried the kettlebell workouts? The weigh-less blog has some great kettlebell workouts. It is under resources on the navigational bar.

I work out in the morning and it has definitely helped me stay on track with my workout program. If you plan for first thing in the morning you have a better chance of getting your workout done. Include it on your goal sheet and check it off daily this will keep you motivated.

I am going to try to plan my workouts on my goal sheet in the morning. Is the morning the best time to plan a workout routine and why? I have not been successful so I am really trying to workout at least 4 times a week without failing. I'm looking to lose 55 pounds and with diet and exercise I am hoping to achieve it!
