I am going to try to give up processed foods. There are so many articles about how unhealthy processed foods are. It is also said that processed foods cause weight gain! Well I guess it is no surprise since processed foods are artificial foods. Processed foods are convenient I guess this why so many of us are over weight. 

I got to get off the processed foods cycle.

My weight loss challenge is sweets. I am a sweet food junkie, and I definitely over do it with sweets. 

So I am giving up sweets as one of my unhealthy high sugar bad habits! It is not going  to be easy. I would love some tips on how I can stay on track to eliminating sweets.

I am going to try and give up soda. My daily diet has consistently included 2 sodas a day. I did not realize how high in calories soda is, "wow", who would have thought.
