Help to Manage Daily Calories!

I know I need to cut calories to lose weight, but how can I management those calories so I don't eat too many calories?

List your meals on your goal sheet along with the number of calories per meal. There are a lot of great recipes on the diet blog that list the calories per serving. The goal sheet will automatically add up your calories for the day. You need to make sure your calories do not go above your body's required daily calories to lose weight.
