How Do I Calculate My Daily Calorie Intake to Lose Weight?

I am trying to find out how many calories I need to cut to start losing weight. I need to input it on my goal sheet so I can start adding up my calories. Where is the calorie calculator? How does it work?

Here is an example of how to determine your required calories to start losing weight: 

Maryann's Current Body Factors are: 

She is 5'4 inchs tall, 37 years old, 150 pounds and wants to start losing weight. Her current exercise activity is light so her determined daily calorie calculations are 1566 per day. She started out her plan by exercising 2 days per week (light exercise), but is looking to increase her activity level to 3 to 4 days a week and when she does this and stays at the same 1566 calories per day she will lose more weight.

You need to go to the Calorie Calculator page. There is a Weight Loss Calculator that will determine your Daily Calories based on several factors including your activity level. The Calorie Calculator page will require you to input your information, the instructions are on this page. And then record your required daily calories on your goal sheet - this is the amount of calories your are allow daily to start losing weight. Next determine the low calorie meals and snacks you prefer and the goal sheet will add up the calories for you so you are on track.
