I had an egg with low calorie cheese on an English Muffin. It was delicious and low in calories.

I had a protein bar. This is a great breakfast option because it is healthy and low in calories. And I just throw it in my purse and I am on my way in the morning.

I had a hard boiled egg with whole wheat toast and amond butter.

All about 200 calories.

You can include these blueberry pancakes on your weight loss goal sheet through out the week for convenience! It is easy!

I had a whole wheat pancake with blueberries. It was delicious and healthy! I just had one so I'm keeping my calories down. If your thinking that blueberry pancakes are too much work well here is an easy solution; make more pancakes by preparing more servings for the week. Then wrap pancakes in plastic wrap and put in the freezer. This will keep them fresh and easy to eat - just pop in the toaster oven for a couple of minutes and you will have a tasty on the go healthy breakfast.

A healthy egg sandwich:

I had a whole wheat English Muffin with one fried egg and a little cheese it was delicious.

egg = 70 calories.
English muffin = 65 calories.
cheese= 80
olive oil to cook it =70 calories.

total calories 285. Not too bad.
