I just started interval workouts. I am trying to lose as much weight as possible in a short period time. I have a class reunion coming up and i want to look my best. I am going to see an old boyfriend you know how that goes.

Is there some charts that i can follow to get the best workout?

this is a great way to burn more calories in less time. I use the treadmill to increase and reduce my speed and it gives you a great workout.

Interval Workouts is one of the best ways to burn more calories in less time. Internal workotus is “alternating bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity.” This type of workouts is commonly used by personal trainers at the gym.

Why Interval Training?

You will burn more calories alternating “intense” exercises with lighter ones. The more intensely you workout (even for a few seconds) the more calories you’ll burn. Interval training means working very hard for a few minutes, with intervals of lighter exercising.
