Cauliflower Pizza – 17 Day Diet Recipe 0

17 day diet recipe – Cycle 1.

Cauliflower Pizza Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fennel.
  • 1 tsp. oregano.
  • 2 tsp. parsley.
  • mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.

Toppings of choice:

Fat free or low fat mozzarella cheese. Mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes are great toppings.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.  In a medium bowl, combine egg and mozzarella, press evenly on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with fennel, oregano and parsley.

Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes (15 – 20 minutes for a double recipe). Remove the pan from the oven. Add sauce to the crust, then add toppings and cheese.

And a low carb pizza sauce is recommended.

Pumpkin Pie Recipe – 17 Day Diet! 0

Who doesn’t love Thanksgiving?

Start Thanksgiving day early and don’t miss out just because your on the 17 day diet.

Even if your not on a diet this is a healthy recipe to enjoy.

 

Ingredients:

  • Canned Pumpkin
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Truvia Sweetener
  • Eggs
  • Evaporated Milk

Directions:

  • Mix 15oz. can pumpkin, 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice and truvia sweetener to taste.  Add two beaten eggs and 12 oz. can fat free evaporated milk.
  • Divide mixture between Pyrex custard dishes.
  • Bake in pre-heated 425 degrees oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until knife in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.

Makes about eight ¾ cup servings.
