17 Day Diet Menu Plan 1

Here is a great example of a Daily Menu Plan for Cycle 1:

 

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • ½ C of fat free plain yogurt w/ 4 strawberries, and 1 tsp Xylitol.
  • 1 8oz Whey Protein Shake.
  • Small handful of cherry tomatoes.

Afternoon Snack:

  • White tuna fish w/ dribble of olive oil, salt and pepper

Dinner:

  • Roasted chicken tenders w/ bbq sauce (just for added flavor).
  • Steamed carrots.

Liquid intake:

  • 8 oz hot lemon water.
  • 8 oz hot Green Tea.
  • 96 oz plus plain water.

whole wheat toast, hard-boiled egg, grapefruit, green tea
grilled chicken caesar salad, whole wheat toast, fresh fruit, green tea
roasted pork tenderloin, mixed salad, green tea

Cycle 4:
scrambled eggs, grapefruit, green tea
grilled salmon on lettuce bed, green tea
ribeye steak, caesar salad, baked sweet potato, two glasses red wine
