Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cups of ice.
  • 3 tbs. cold water.
  • Handful of spinach leaves.
  • 1/3 cup of kale.
  • 3 orange slices.
  • 1/3 cup of green grapes.
  • 1/2 peeled small ripe pear.
  • 1/2 small banana.
  • 3/4 tsp. chia seeds.

Directions:

Blended 2/3 cups ice, 3 tbs. cold water, handful spinach leaves, 1/3 cup cooked kale, 3 orange slices, 1/3 cup green grapes, ½ peeled small ripe pear, ½ small banana, ¾ tsp. chia seeds.

    I mastered more interesting things on this weight loss issue. Just one issue is a good nutrition is highly vital while dieting. A big reduction in junk food, sugary foods, fried foods, sweet foods, beef, and white flour products might be necessary.     I believe that avoiding refined foods would be the first step so that you can lose weight. They could taste good, but processed foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you take more simply to have enough energy to get through the day. In case you are constantly taking in these foods, transferring to grain and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more strength while taking in less. Interesting blog post.
