    Thanks Fran for your comment. I agree you need more recipe options to keep the momentum going. We will be posting more recipes today. Let us know how your doing on the 28 Day Diet? It seems like the Veggie Flush Smoothie is a favorite among most of the 28 day dieters.

    How much toast and lunch1 or 2cups of cabbage & fruit at a time do you eat

    Thanks Barbara for your question. For the 28 Day Diet have one slice of toast with avocado or smoothie for Breakfast. And 2 cups of cabbage with 1cup of fruit at a time you can eat.
