I am looking to lose 25 pounds and this is a good time to start. I love the outdoors – running, biking, hiking, ect. so i am hoping to increase my fitness program and burn the calories off. In addition I am starting the Dr Oz’s May Diet. My biggest challenge is snacking so i will definitely add the Green Flush Smoothie to reduce my snack cravings. And documenting this will help me stay on track.
