Cut six 10&#8243; squares of heavy duty aluminum foil. Zest and juice 1 lemon; trim and slice remaining lemon. In medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, 3 tbs. lemon juice, 2 tsp. lemon zest, white wine and garlic until blended. Stir in chopped scallions and parsley.<\/li>\n<li>Season halibut steaks with salt and ground black pepper, if desired. Place 1 halibut steak in center of each aluminum foil square.<\/li>\n<li>Pour lemon-oil mixture evenly over halibut steaks. Top with lemon slice. Fold foil over fish and press to seal edges tightly. Grill 8 min., or until fish flakes easily with fork.
