Diabetes Prevention!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Women who took safflower saw their blood-sugar levels drop by up to 19 points which can go a long way toward staving off diabetes, say pros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Shrinks Belly Fat!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To give credit where credit is due, the safflower oil phenomenon started with breakthrough research at Ohio state University. \u00a0The OSU team has now conducted multiple studies and found that non-dieters who get about 2 Tbs. of safflower daily help melt tummy flab. \u00a0(By contrast, folks given different oils gain tummy flab.) \u00a0How does safflower work?
