Happy cooking!<br \/>\n<strong>Servings:<\/strong> Serves 4\u20136<\/h3>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>11\u00a0ounces whole wheat shell pasta<\/li>\n<li>3 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>9\u00a0ounces\u00a0yellow cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>9\u00a0ounces\u00a0cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0cup\u00a0<a>black olives,<\/a> pitted<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0fresh chives<\/li>\n<li>1\/4\u00a0cup\u00a0fresh basil<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0medium\u00a0cucumber<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0white wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>7\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>sea salt<\/li>\n<li>fresh ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Throw in the pasta and garlic and simmer for about 5 minutes or until al dente, and drain.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Put the garlic to one side for the dressing.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Put the pasta in a bowl.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Chop the tomatoes, olives, chives, basil and cucumber into pieces about half the size of the pasta and add to the bowl.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Squash the garlic cloves out of their skins and pound in a pestle and mortar.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Add the vinegar, oil and seasoning.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Drizzle this over the salad, adding a little more seasoning to taste.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamie Olive is stirring up the community of Huntington West Virgina with some healthy tips and tools.
