Learn more about he Dr Oz&#8217;s Diet Discovery and start your weight loss plan.<\/p>\n<p>This diet is about increasing fats and cutting grain to boost the slimming process.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Oz&#8217;s Discovery Diet Menu Recipes:<\/p>\n<p>Mix and Match Meal Choices<\/p>\n<p>Choose one option for each main sitting<\/p>\n<p>The Basic Meal: 1\/2 cup lentils or chickpeas or chickpeas; if desired, once a day you can swap in 1\/2 cup berries, oatmeal, brown rice or quinoa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Better than Oatmeal Bowl: Mix 1\/2 cup hot water, 1-2 tbs. chia seeds, 1-2 tbs. hemp seeds, 1 tbs. melted coconut oil, 1 tbs. almond butter, hearty sprinkle of cinnamon stevia and sea salt to taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Serving Easy Turkey Meatloaf (recipe below)<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 cups steamed cauliflower whipped in processor with butter and optional splash cream 1\/2 cup greens sauteed in butter.<\/p>\n<p>Meatloaf Recipe<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb. ground turkey<\/li>\n<li>1 diced onion, saut\u00e9ed in olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 roasted red pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 egg, whisked<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup almond meal<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. dried basil<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup almond meal<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. dried thyme<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. dried parsley<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. dried garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup no-sugar added marinara, such as Rao&#8217;s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease loaf pan; set aside. Mix all ingredients except the sauce until well combined; adding salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a light greased loaf pan and bake until cooked through, 40 &#8211; 60 minutes. Remove from oven and as meatloaf cools, warm sauce. Top meat with sauce.
