    I'm one of those people who tries everything and never loses more than a few pounds. If you're anything like me you need structure and this diet really helps to keep you on track and also allows you to plan your meals and automatically tracks your calories so you know your sticking to a plan that will give you your weight loss results.  I had great success because I monitored a plan that was working. Of course you still have to excercize regularly and this plan helps you plan out your workouts. It is about watching your food intake but after a while it becomes a lifestyle change. This plan gives you the tools but you still have to put in the work, however it's a great tool and well worth the investment.  good luck!

    The most challenging thing is, and continues to be, that the changes are permanent. It's not like I am done now and can just go back to eating like I used to and not exercising. This is a permanent change. Which most of the time I am fine with, but there are still those days I would love to go back to bad habits. Interestingly enough, once I became committed and started using my diet goal sheet and started an exercise and diet program, maintaining that commitment and drive has been the easier part because I just feel so much better.

It will identify those pitfalls that have sabotaged those diets that have failed in the past. This is the kind of information that helps you over come those weight challenges because your are now identifying the areas that have prevented you from in the past. Is it night time snacking, binge eating, stress eating or too many sugary drinks! You need to know those bad habits so you can replace them with good healthy habits. This will help you develope a permanent healthy lifestyle where your weight is no longing an issue. This diet sheet helped me identfy my biggest challenge in losing weight and getting healthy was night time snacking i realized that most of my calories where in the eveing so once i identied it I was able to then change this bad habit into healthy lifestyle changes.
