Ingredients
· 17 lbs. Fresh Ham
· 1 Cup of Raisins
Orange Juice Mixture
· 1 Stick of Butter
· 2 Cups of Orange Juice
· ¼ Cup Whiskey
Directions:
Trim rind and some fat off ham. Score the top. In a saucepan combine orange juice, butter, raisins and whiskey and simmer on low. Baste ham with orange juice mixture every half hour. Cook ham at 350 until internal temp reaches 170 (24 mins for every pound).
