Cycle 1 Recipe – 17 Day Diet
- 1 Cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt.
- 4-5 large strawberries, sliced.
- 1/4 cup blueberries.

Directions:
Mix all together and serve cold. During summer months, try different berries such as blueberries, blackberries or raspberries.
