Who doesn’t love chips well now you can have chips without the guilt! Whether you are on the 17 day diet or not "Kale Chips" are delicious and healthy. These chip are a great snack that the entire family will love. So enjoy and get healthy and slim!
- Kale (two bunches)
- Olive Oil
- Soaked kale for about ten minutes, then clean leaf by rubbing them under the water.
- Dry kale with paper towel, then peel leaves off the stem. Put them into a big bowl, drizzled them with 1 TBSP olive oil. Massage in the oil, make sure they were coated well.
- lay them on a cookie sheet, in a single layer, and sprinkled them with sea salt.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 17-18 minutes and they will be great, nice and crispy.
One serving is about 1/4 of the final product. They shrink when they bake so it will be less than what you started with.
This is a favorite among many on the 17 day diet and even those who are just eating healthy.
Kale Chips also seem to be a favorite among kids who usually avoid most vegetables as if they were infested with the plague, but most seem to think these are great. So give this recipe a try on your kids it might be a great way to get them to also eat healthy.

How much do you keep up with your health?
Try adding 2 tablespoons cider vinegar it adds more flavor.
This has become a favorite new snack at our house – tried them with apple cider vinegar. They really taste like potato chips to me.
I’m on the hunt for healthy snacks that still makes me feel like I’m indulging. I’m definitely trying this one! Looks great!
