You Will Need
- 1 cup of soy or regular milk
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tsp of natural unsweetened coco
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 cup of ice.
DIRECTIONS:
- Just mix the above ingredients in your blender and you will have a great tasting chocolate banana shake.
