Low Calorie delicious Chocolate Banana Shake

If you are looking for a low calorie shake and  you like chocolate and bananas you will love this great tasting refreshing smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:

You Will Need

  • 1 cup of soy or regular milk
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tsp of natural unsweetened coco
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of ice.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Just mix the above ingredients in your blender and you will have a great tasting chocolate banana shake.
  • You can also add in 1/2 cup of low fat ice cream for a great dessert.
