Eggnog can contain as many calories as you consume daily having breakfast, lunch and dinner but don’t worry about consuming all these calories enjoy this delicious eggnog recipe without packing on the pounds.
Eggnog is definitely at the top of Santa’s naughty list. An 8-ounce pour, made with a triple threat ingredient list of cream, whole milk, and egg yolks, will cost you a shocking 350 to 450 calories — and overload your system with 12 grams of saturated fat and more than 14 teaspoons of sugar. My slim-style version satisfies your holiday hankering for half the calories and sugar — and a fraction of the fat.

When you’re ready to serve, pour into glasses and sprinkle on a little extra nutmeg. Makes 5 (1 cup) servings. 175 calories per serving.
It is really great. I wanted to make it to test the taste before having it for a Christmas party and it really past the test. I can’t wait to everyone taste it and get their opinions.
