Veggie Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups water
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 pear with skin, sliced
- 1 lemon, halved
Preparation
1. In a blender, add the spinach and the water. Blend until smooth.
2. Add cucumber and celery, then blend.
3. Add the pear and blend.
4. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the mixture. Divide into two glasses and enjoy.

Definitely fills you up
I’ve have a smoothie in the morning and it fills me up until lunch. I really need this since I was eating mid morning because hunger set in. I couldn’t make it until lunch without eating so this is a great way to cut calories for me.

I Added Bluberries to my Smoothie
Green smoothies usually don’t do it for me so I added some blueberries that helped it look a little more appetizing. Plus blueberries are full of antioxidants and who can’t use a little more of these. I also think it helped it taste a little more sweeter. I am going to try to add to my meal plan for at least 3 to 4 times a week.

I make a couple servings and store them in the refrig for the week. It is easy and convenient.
