If you're anything like me you need structure and this diet really helps to keep you on track and also allows you to plan your meals and automatically tracks your calories so you know your sticking to a plan that will give you your weight loss results. I had great success because I monitored a plan that was working. Of course you still have to excercize regularly and this plan helps you plan out your workouts. It is about watching your food intake but after a while it becomes a lifestyle change.
