While using our special Fast Metabolism Diet Menus, drink plenty of water. Add ultra low calorie extras (such as unsweetened coffee/tea, herbs, lemon juice, vinegar) as desired.
Note: you’ll limit gluten (except from ultra healthy sprouted wheat) because gluten my cause metabolism slowing internal inflammation. After seven days, start again from Day 1. Will you eat this way forever? Nope.

Days 1 & 2 Metabolism Makeover Menu
Breakfast Option
1 cup cooked steel cut oatmeal or ½ cup any Ezekiel brand sprouted grain cereal with ½ cup rice milk 1 cup or 1 piece fruit.
Snack (enjoy twice daily)
1 cup or 1 piece fruit
Lunch
2 oz lean protein, unlimited veggies and mustard on 2 slices sprouted grain bread Unlimited raw sliced vegetables or lentil soup 1 piece or 1 cup fruit
Dinner
6 oz browned lean ground turkey, chicken or beef; 1/2 cup no sugar added tomatoe sauce; 1 cup cooked brown rice pasta.
Unlimited steamed vegetables, lemon wedge
