Dr. Oz’s go to tea guy helped us create this yummy tea superblend that packs tremendous fat-melting power into one delicious pitcher.  Enjoy two cups with breakfast and two with lunch. Bring 8 cups water to a boil; add 8 white tea bags, 8 puerh tea bags and several fresh ginger slices; steep for 5 minutes.  Remove tea bags and ginger; pure into heat proof pitcher.  Stir in 2 tbs. fresh lemon juice.  Allow to cool, then chill. Serve over ice; add lemon slices, mint and or calorie free sweetener as desired.  Makes 8 servings.

    You won't need to add sugar or milk and it's extemely smooth.

  2. I have been on the tea regimen for a week and I have actually gained 5 lbs.  I am so upset I dont know what to do.  I guess I will stick with it for awhile and see what happens.

  3.  I have been on the Pu-erh tea and the white tea for about a month and I have lost around 21 pounds. But I have also been on the raspberry keytons pills. I have also dropped a whole pants size too. I’m 48 and have been doing moderate exercise. So I know if I was working out more I would of lost alot more weight. And I have been eating better so I guess it is a combination of things.
