Exercise is really essential to a healthy lifestyle but because most of us are so busy with work, kids, ect. it becomes very difficult to make time to workout, but it can be done. If you add just a half hour to 40 mins a day three days a week this is a great start. And try and plan your workouts in the morning it will help you to stay on track because planning it for the first part of your day will prevent you from putting the workout off.
I am going to give the smoothie diet a try. I love smoothies and i think it could be an easy way to diet. Should I add an exercise program to the smoothie diet?
