Why Can't I Seem to Keep the Weight Off?

For the past 12 years I have been losing and regaining the same 25 pounds. What can I do to make the weight stay off for good?

There are some all natural supplements that can also help you keep the weight off. Dr. Oz has featured some of these all natural supplements on his show and has shown the science behind how they work! I have been using the fruit extract and it seems to be working. As we get older it is definitely harder to keep the pounds off. I still need to lose about 28 pounds!

It sounds like your body may be content with that extra 25 pounds as its "set weight", but you don't have to settle.  New research indicates that taking gamma-linolentic acid (GLA) can recalibrate the body's metabolism, so it will be easier to maintain your slimmer goal weight.  This omega-6 fatty acid has also been shown to help balance female hormones (which may help ward off age-related weight gain) and fight inflammation (a key factor in stubborn belly fat).

The proof that it works: In a controlled study that followed dieters for one year, those who took a daily dose of 5 grams of GLA oil (derived from borage, a leafy green similiar to spinach) regained only a couple pounds post-dieting, versus nearly 15 pounds gained by women who did not take GLA.  The effective dose begins at a little as 250 mg per day.
