I lost 28 pounds so far and I am so happy. I cut my calorie intake according to the calorie calculator, and reduced my sugar, and finally I am starting to lose the weight.

I weigh 312 pounds and this is an all time high for me so I am ready to get serious about losing the weight. I have no energy and the little things are becoming a problem. My biggest challenges are over eating and exercise, but I am dedicated to overcoming these challenges. I am filling out my goal sheet and I am ready for action. Carbs are my biggest food weakness. I am going to eliminate white bread a definite bad habit.

I my downfall has been night-time snacking. I am pretty good during the day, but at night I seem to load up on the snacks. I need to change my evening routine, so I think if I plan an evening schedule so that I don't over eat at night I can start to lose weight. I have put on a lot of weight in the last three years and I cannot even say how much I weigh, but I am going to lose it and hopefully a good amount in time for Summer. I will include some evening routines in my goal sheet.
