I am pleasantly suprised! I expected to not like these as I am not a big dance exercise video fan. I am more into kickboxing and athletic type exercise. But they are really great. They work muscles in such an amazing and unique way. They are filmed on a fun and colorful set. I cannot dance and I was able to do these and enjoy it. I also ordered the first set and waiting on it to arrive! Adding to my original review. Yes I love these BUT they cause peroneal tendonitis in one of my feet (outer foot). I have to stop within 20 minutes because of the pain. It is all the lateral motion and you use your outer foot a lot in these (obviously). I need to get some different shoes with more support I guess. I currently wear runner's shoes which I assume are made for going forward and not side to side. I even got the dancer slip ons which say you can use with your running shoes but they do not help in fact they make my foot cramp up even worse. I am bummed because they are such fun workouts. 

So I purchased zumba shoes and this has really helped no more pain.  You really need the shoes to get the best workout.
