My fitness challenge is to run 10 miles. I am averaging 7 miles right now and my pace is is higher then I will like but i am up for the challenge. My ipod is my motivator is tracking my goals and really energizes me.

Spring is finally here and this is the Summer where i will increase my outdoor activity. I just bought a bike so i am excited to start bike riding.

my fitness challenge is too lose about 55 pounds and start exercising at least 4 - 5 times a week. I am going to try for first thing in the morning - no excuses just get up and start working out.
